About Bastion
Aerospace Workforce Development
We integrate and augment existing technologies and develop industry-first STEM education solutions that cater directly to the needs of the future American Aerospace workforce. Our goal is not only to improve program effectiveness and student outcomes, but also to align education technologies with the ever-evolving demands of the U.S. Aerospace Industry.
Driving Innovation in STEM Education
Our technologies provide content expertise in the classroom, on demand, and at the nexus of teaching, learning, college, and career. We leverage cutting-edge technologies and the latest research to design technologies and programs that engage students, develop hands-on skills, and enhance knowledge pertinent to future jobs in Aerospace.
Focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
DEI is at the heart of everything we do. Bastion is dedicated to reaching out and including participants from various communities, with a particular emphasis on those underrepresented in STEM. By fostering DEI, we ensure that the future American Aerospace workforce is reflective of the diverse society it serves.
